Desiree Jimenez's Lavender Paper Joy

Hi, I’m Desiree Jimenez, an Independent Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator and the heart behind Lavender Paper Joy. I live in Pueblo West, Colorado, where I host monthly handmade card workshops that bring crafters together to create, laugh, and connect.

I chose to make this my business after a good friend invited me to a card class—one class and I was hooked. Before that, I spent 20 years in Denver working in the medical field. Now, along with running my creative business, I’m also the caretaker for my mom and stepdad, and I’m grateful that crafting lets me balance caring for them with doing what I love.

I chose the name Lavender Paper Joy because I’ve always loved the color purple and the scent of lavender—and it just sounded pretty and happy to me.

Here, you’ll find handmade cards, classes, and inspiration to help your own creativity bloom.
